“Look! You've pushed me this far, now I'm pushing you the rest of the way!
You know, back there in the woods, even when things looked really bad, I still believed we'd make it because you were too stubborn to quit! I'm not gonna make you quit.
Not now. Not when we're this close. Now, try again!”
This is a quote from the 1993 movie “Homeward Bound”
After three house pets go through a grueling journey to head back home, they are less than a mile away when the lead dog, Shadow, falls into a hole and hurts his leg.
Shadow had been the strength of the group and led them throughout their journey, but now, he had given up faith.
1. When have you put your faith in something and worked hard, just for it to fail near the end?
2. Why is faith such a good motivator?
We'll answer these questions and more this Sunday in our FINAL Teen/Adult Sunday School on Strength In Weakness.
Bring your children and grandchildren to learn God’s love, share their faith, and be loved by Christian teachers in Sunday School.
